You'll be well supported by our General Manager and production branch in Brisbane.What you'll be responsible forCustomer experience and salesDeliver excellent customer service in store, over the phone, and via emailPrepare hire and sales quotations and handling point of salesSupport customers with practical product and system adviceBuild strong customer relationships and follow through on enquiriesTeam leadership and branch operationsLead and support the Gold Coast team day to dayCoordinate staff workflows, rostering, and branch prioritiesMaintain high standards across branch presentation and operationsHelp keep the branch organised, efficient, and customer focusedHire, warehouse and logistics coordinationCoordinate equipment preparation, dispatch, returns, and storageOversee warehouse organisation and stock movementSupport equipment maintenance and readinessAssist with deliveries and event support when requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience leading a team and organising a warehouseStrong customer service and communication skills in retail or hireComfortable in a practical, hands on role that includes safely loading, unloading, and preparing AV equipmentExperience with skilled audio, lighting, DJ, or AV equipment, or technology industriesAvailable 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00am to 3pm as rosteredA valid manual drivers licenseWork out of our Gold Coast branch in AshmoreWhy Join BJ's?
