All Care 4 you pty ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual basis.
This role is based in South-East & West suburbs of VIC and offers the flexibility of casual employment whilst making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our aged care residents, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing remain our top priority.
This position is essential to our mission of providing exceptional care services to our community's older adults.Key responsibilitiesAssessing and monitoring the health status of aged care residents, identifying changes in condition and responding appropriatelyAdministering medications and treatments according to prescribed medical regimens and aged care protocolsDeveloping and implementing individualised care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare teamProviding direct physical care including wound management, catheter care and infection control proceduresSupporting residents' emotional and psychological wellbeing through compassionate communication and rapport buildingDocumenting care activities accurately and maintaining comprehensive resident records in compliance with aged care standardsCollaborating with general practitioners, allied health professionals and family members to ensure coordinated careMaintaining a protected, clean and therapeutic environment for all residentsAdhering to all aged care regulations, policies and professional standards of practiceWhat we're looking forCurrent registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered NurseQualification in nursing with a relevant undergraduate degree or diplomaDemonstrated experience working in aged care or similar healthcare settingsStrong knowledge of aged care principles,
