This role will have a key focus on supporting the learning, development and transition to practice of undergraduate students, postgraduate midwives and graduate midwives.Working collaboratively with clinical teams, education providers and maternity leadership, you will:Coordinate and support graduate midwives throughout their transition to professional practiceProvide education, clinical coaching and mentorship to postgraduate midwivesSupport orientation, learning plans, clinical competencies and professional developmentFacilitate education, simulation and reflective learningWork closely with clinical staff and preceptors to create positive and supportive learning experiencesSupport learners requiring additional assistance or targeted developmentBuild strong partnerships with universities and education providersPromote contemporary, evidence-based and woman-centred midwifery practiceContribute to the development of a skilled, confident and sustainable midwifery workforceWe are looking for a midwife who is approachable, supportive, organised and passionate about helping others succeedYou can view the Position Description: HEREIf qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
