and WHS proceduresMonitoring project budgets and identifying cost‐saving opportunitiesMaintaining accurate site records, reporting, and documentationLiaising with project stakeholders, consultants, and suppliersEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetAbout YouTo be considered, you will have:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within residential constructionStrong experience delivering residential projects from commencement through to completionMulti‐residential, townhouse, or medium‐density project experience highly regardedExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong understanding of Australian building codes, construction methodologies, and WHS requirementsCurrent NSW White CardStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsValid driver's licence and reliable transportTrade background (Carpentry preferred) highly regardedBuilder's Licence and/or Construction Management qualifications advantageousAbility to work a Monday to Saturday rosterWhat's On Offer$85-$95ph, dependent on experienceOpportunity to work on a significant residential developmentLong‐term pipeline of projects across NSW (6+ month contract)Supportive and collaborative team environmentStrong focus on safety, quality, and professional development
