The business is known for its commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and strong client relationships.With continued growth and a focus on operational excellence, they offer a supportive workplace where skilled electricians can enjoy variety, stability and a genuine work-life balance.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to deliver safe, high-quality electrical services across commercial sites and Government housing, with a focus on reactive maintenance and small project work.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Attending reactive service and maintenance callouts across commercial sitesDiagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently and safelyCompleting small electrical project works from start to finishCarrying out electrical works within Government housing propertiesParticipating in an on-call roster, rostered once every 8 weeksManaging your company van, including stock,



tools and equipmentTravelling between sites as required to meet client needsCompleting job sheets, compliance documentation and testing recordsEnsuring all work meets Australian Standards, including AS/NZS ****Delivering professional, friendly service to clients and tenantsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance and service workStrong fault finding and troubleshooting skillsExperience in Government housing or residential maintenance (highly regarded)Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical safety complianceWillingness to participate in a 1 in 8 week on-call rosterThe ability to work independently and manage your own workloadResidence in Melbourne's western suburbs, or within 5-10km of the CBDA current Australian Driver's LicenceWhat's in it for You?
