We have three rosters we can support for this role:Roster 1 (26 hours/week)Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15am - 5.00pmTuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 1.15pmRoster 2 (14 hours/week)Monday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 5.00pmRoster 3 (Full time - 38 hours/week)Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.51pmWhat is a Multi-Channel Branch?
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre setting.Monday and Wednesday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.More specifically, you will:Assist customers with general banking transactions,
