put and call options and sale contractstitling advice for acquisitions and developmentretail, commercial and residential leasingoff the plan sales and marketingagency agreementsconsultant agreements and construction contractsheads of agreements / term sheetsconfidentiality or non-disclosure agreementsworking with external law firmsYou may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time.We are open to discussing the above further with you depending on your interest and experience.About you4 to 7 years post-admission legal experienceLaw degree and current Australian practising certificate.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing prioritiesExcellent attention to detailAdaptable, proactive and collaborativeIf you are looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded and leading property developer, we would love to hear from you.
