and consistently stays one step ahead.Your responsibilities will include:Providing genuinely caring and compassionate patient careTaking initiative and anticipating the needs of dentists and patientsPreparing surgeries efficiently in line with the daily scheduleChair-side assisting across a wide range of proceduresMaintaining strict infection control and sterilisation protocolsManaging instrument flow and clinical setup with efficiencyMultitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environmentManaging patient appointments using D4WMaintaining accurate and detailed patient recordsSupporting reception when requiredEnsuring a clean, safe, and organised clinical environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe are specifically looking for someone who:Experience in dental assisting and/or dental receptionHas a strong sense of ownership and accountability in their roleIs highly switched on, observant, and proactiveWorks with urgency and efficiency without compromising qualityIs career-focused and seeking a long-term positionThrives in a busy, fast-paced environmentDemonstrates excellent communication and patient care skillsMaintains a calm and professional manner under pressureHas strong attention to detailIs reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work2–5 days per week, including some SaturdaysOpportunity for long-term growthPotential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right candidateThis role is not suited to candidates seeking short-term or university-based casual work.Skills & ExperiencePrevious dental assisting experience essentialExposure to reception duties and D4W highly advantageousStrong customer service skills essentialAustralian Citizen or Permanent Resident required
