You'll have an instinct for content that stops the scroll and converts, and you'll judge your work by the numbers.
You will lead content creation for Meta and TikTok, across both paid and organic.
You will also work with our team on the day to day management of our affiliate program, building a community of creators who generate a steady stream of UGC for you to turn into ads and posts.Key responsibilitiesIdeate and create ad content for Meta and TikTok that converts, tailoring hooks, scripts and messaging to speak to each customer segmentWrite scroll-stopping hooks and test multiple angles per product, tailoring messaging to each customer segment and their objectionsConcept, script,



film, and edit using CapCut (or similar) native short-form video contentReview organic and paid content performance weekly to understand what's working and why, then use the results to refine and iterate on future contentLead the day to day management of the affiliate program, onboarding creators to keep a fresh pipeline of UGC content flowing into the businessOwn the organic social media calendar, ensuring content schedules align with product drops and launch cyclesCurate and remix qualified studio content alongside creator assets to tell stories across feedsAbout youPerformance mindset with experience creating paid social content and understanding of key ad metrics and creative testing1–3 years of experience in content marketing, organic social media management, or creator roles for a fast-paced retail or fashion brandVideo editing skills (CapCut/Edits mastery) with examples of self-produced TikToks or ReelsExperience with CapCut and CanvaExperience with Shopify Collabs (or similar)Knowledge of native business suites for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and PinterestUnderstanding of how influencer deliverables, usage rights, and affiliate commission structures work
