TalentWeb is partnering with an established Sydney developer-builder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across NSW.With multiple projects under construction and a significant pipeline of upcoming work, the business is looking to appoint a driven Site Engineer to join its construction team.This is an opportunity to take on a hands-on role with greater responsibility than a traditional Site Engineer position, working closely with experienced construction professionals and gaining exposure to the broader management of a project.You will play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale residential development, working closely with the site team to coordinate subcontractors, resolve technical issues and keep construction progressing to program.Responsibilities will include:Coordinating day-to-day construction activities, subcontractors and trade interfacesManaging RFIs, reviewing construction drawings and resolving technical and design queriesWorking closely with Site Managers and Foremen to maintain program, quality and safety standardsCoordinating inspections, ITPs, QA documentation and the close-out of outstanding worksLiaising with consultants, engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues efficientlyMonitoring construction progress, identifying potential delays and helping implement practical solutionsSupporting procurement,
