Behind every memorable moment is a team of experts who ensure we operate with integrity, excellence and care.We're looking for an experienced Governance & Compliance Specialist to join our Workplace Relations group-function and play a critical role in shaping the future of workplace compliance across our three properties.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide workplace relations practices, partner with senior stakeholders and help navigate an evolving legislative landscape while driving meaningful outcomes that support our people and business.This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.You'll be:An SME on workplace relations compliance and legislation, Enterprise Agreements, modern awards and industrial obligationsMonitoring legislative developments, conducting compliance reviews and completing assurance activitiesIdentifying emerging risks and assessing business impacts to ensure Crown remains compliant, consistent and future-focusedDeveloping governance controls, technical guidance and compliance frameworksPartnering across Workplace Relations, Payroll, People & Culture, Risk,
