They are seeking a junior litigator to join their small disputes team, based in either their Brisbane or Toowoomba office.The roleThis role offers a breadth of work that's uncommon at this level.
You'll run matters across:Commercial litigationEmployment and WorkCoverPersonal injuriesAdministrative lawDefamationEquity claimsAsset confiscationWorking directly with the Director, you'll gain genuine hands-on experience and appear regularly before Queensland courts, the Fair Work Commission, QIRC, QCAT and the Federal Court.About youAdmitted legal practitioner in Queensland with 1-3 years' PAERelevant litigation experience is essentialConfident communicator, comfortable appearing in courts and tribunalsOrganised, proactive and keen to take on responsibility earlyWhat's on offerSalary up to $125,000 plus super, depending on experienceDirect mentoring from the DirectorRegular advocacy and court exposureChoice of a Brisbane or Toowoomba base
