Support and maintain enterprise identity, PKI, and cloud infrastructure services across on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsible for the administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, and Keyfactor Command, while supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, and AWS-integrated solutions.
The role focuses on ensuring system availability, security, and compliance through incident management, certificate lifecycle administration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.Key responsibilitiesOperate and maintain Windows Server environments - including patching, hardening, and troubleshootingManage PKI and certificate lifecycle - design, issue, renew, and revoke certificates; administer KeyFactor CommandAdminister Active Directory and Domain Controllers - including GPOs, replication, and AD healthSupport cloud identity and connectivity - Entra Connect, Entra ID, and integration with on-prem systemsManage AWS Connect - integrations and related cloud servicesDeploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop - environments and user profilesAdminister Nerdio - or AVD provisioning and managementParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis,
