You'll be the first point of contact for parts enquiries by phone, email and over the counter.Key responsibilitiesAnswer phone, email and counter enquiries from customers and our workshopIdentify the correct parts using catalogues and part numbersPrepare quotes and process parts salesOrder stock from suppliers and follow up on back ordersReceive, put away and pick stock, and help with stocktakesPack and dispatch orders, with occasional local deliveriesBuild good relationships with fleet, trade and walk-in customersAbout youParts interpreter or parts sales experience (truck,
