This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools.
This is a hands on position that requires robust mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steelRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specificationsFabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerancesOperate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specificationsTroubleshoot fitment, alignment,



and welding issues as neededMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow all safety procedures and welding standardsSkills & Experience:Experience with MIG and TIG weldingAbility to weld stainless steel and other metalsFamiliarity with fabrication tools and shop equipmentStrong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practicesTraits we are looking for:Strong attention to detailGood problem solving ability and mechanical intuitionReliable and punctualWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to work indpendently and stay productiveteam oriented mindset
