This role is critical in coordinating large-scale resourcing to ensure continuity of service delivery, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes during peak event periods.About the RoleThis is an initial 3-month positioncreated to support increased operational demand across major summer events and a new major events contract.You will work closely with the Major Events team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where accuracy, responsiveness and strong rostering capability are critical to success.Job Description (Key Responsibilities)Coordinate and manage large-scale rostering for major events and event-based contractsSupport resourcing for summer major events and new contractMaintain and update rosters in Rolecall (or equivalent system)Monitor coverage for leave, vacancies and unplanned absencesLiaise with Operations and Major Events stakeholders to ensure staffing requirements are metSupport optimisation of rosters to balance service delivery and cost efficiencyAssist with reporting on overtime, roster variances and coverage gapsEnsure accurate staffing data, including licence and training complianceSupport continuity of service during high-volume and time-critical periodsFlexibility to work additional hours is essential, including potentially on weekendsSkills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in rostering large staffing groups, with short notice changesStrong understanding of workforce coordination and resourcingExperience using rostering systems (e.g.
