An established real estate agency in the Nelson Bay area is looking for a motivated Co-Agent to join its residential sales team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to the full sales process and play an active role in generating business,



building client relationships and helping deliver successful property campaigns.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting the sales team with appraisals, listing presentations and property campaignsBuilding relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clientsFollowing up buyer enquiries and managing ongoing communicationAssisting with open homes, inspections and buyer feedbackProspecting and identifying new business opportunitiesSupporting negotiations and progressing sales through to settlementMaintaining accurate client records and following up leadsWorking closely with the team to deliver a strong client experience
About you
Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong customer-facing sales backgroundConfident communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsProfessional, motivated and eager to learnStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable making calls, following up leads and building a networkA proactive attitude with a genuine interest in residential propertyCurrent driver's licence essentialCurrent Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence preferred
You'll work closely with an established team, gain valuable exposure to the local market and have the prospect to develop your skills, confidence and industry relationships.
