Supervise and coordinate precast concrete installation on construction sites.
Manage installation crews, subcontractors and site personnel, coordinating daily installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, crane crews, builders and other site personnel.Key responsibilitiesPlan and coordinate crane lifts, including lift sequencing, crane positioning and site access requirementsEnsure precast panels, beams, columns, stairs and other elements are installed correctly and safelyRead and interpret precast shop drawings, erection drawings and lifting documentationMonitor project progress against installation programs and identify potential delays or issuesResolve installation and site-related problems quickly and effectivelyMaintain strong communication with clients, builders and other contractorsEnsure all work complies with WHS requirements, lift plans,
