You will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort and quality of life through safe, compassionate and person-centred care.Experience supporting clients with complex clinical care needs is highly desirable, particularly in one or more of the following areas:Oxygen therapy and oxygen equipmentSuctioning and airway-related supportPersonal care and assistance with activities of daily livingMedication assistance in accordance with your authorised role and relevant care plansMonitoring clients' wellbeing and recognising changes in their conditionFollowing individualised care plans, infection control procedures and relevant clinical instructionsCommunicating effectively with clients, families and the home care teamReporting changes in clients' conditions, concerns or incidents promptlyAll clinical procedures must be performed only where the worker has the appropriate training,
