This is an excellent prospect for a qualified professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and travelling to different project locations throughout the Northern suburbs.Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for conducting building assessments, inspections, and reporting activities across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.You might be a junior candidate looking for a foot in the door, someone on a working holiday visa looking to explore Australia, or an experienced building assessor looking for casual work!
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct building inspections and assessments in accordance with relevant standards and regulationsPrepare clear, accurate, and detailed assessment reportsIdentify building defects, maintenance issues, and compliance concernsLiaise with stakeholders including owners, contractors, consultants,



and project teamsProvide professional recommendations and technical adviceTravel to project sites across the Northern Suburbs as requiredAbout You To be successful in this role, you will possess:Previous experience (ideally) as a Building Assessor, Asset Auditor, Building Inspector, Building Consultant, or similarExcellent written reporting and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleGood skills with technology to be able to pick upHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailRelevant building, construction, surveying, or related qualificationsEssential RequirementsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceOwn reliable vehicleWillingness and ability to travel throughout the Northern Suburbs across multiple sitesFull Australian working rightsAbility to pass a WWCC and National Police checkWhat's on OfferContract engagement with ongoing project opportunitiesCompetitive remunerationFlexibility and autonomy in managing your workloadDiverse projects and sites across a portfolio of sites!
