From the first enquiry through to the final farewell, you will guide couples and event clients through every stage of their journey, helping bring their vision to life while delivering exceptional service and commercial success.
Working closely with the Events Team and Kitchen Team, you will ensure every detail is planned and executed to the highest standard, creating seamless and memorable experiences for clients and their guests.Key responsibilitiesResponding to wedding and event enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookingsConducting venue tours and consultations with prospective clientsPreparing tailored proposals, quotations, contracts and event documentationBuilding solid, lasting relationships with couples,
clients and industry partnersManaging weddings, private functions and corporate events from initial enquiry through to executionDeveloping event timelines, floor plans and run sheetsWorking closely with the Events and Kitchen Teams to ensure all event details are communicated and delivered seamlesslyActing as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their event journey while coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomesCollaborating with venue, restaurant, events and kitchen teams to deliver a consistently high standard of serviceOverseeing event operations on the day and ensuring exceptional client experiences
