Zonta House Refuge Association (Zonta House) is a specialist provider of family and domestic violence (FDV) services.
Our purpose, values, and services have been informed through over 40 years of experience, the needs of Victim-Survivors of FDV in our community, and research in leading practice.Zonta House provides holistic services to support individuals, children and families and facilitates education to contribute to social and systems change to prevent and stop FDV.Victim-survivors of FDV are able to access responsive and person-centred support based on their needs to build a future free from abuse and thrive.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team.
This part time position (30 hours per week) is offered on a fixed-term contract until 30 June ****, with the possibility of extension.
Located in Willetton, the role offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative and community‐focused workplace.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer is responsible for delivering transactional finance services across the organisation.
This includes payroll, accounts payable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, asset management, administration of the Xero accounting system, and general financial reporting.We're looking for a motivated and proactive team player who is passionate about our purpose and brings a high level of attention to detail.
You'll enjoy working collaboratively, taking initiative, and contributing to a positive, purpose‐driven team culture.Selection CriteriaDemonstrated 5+ years experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper, or similar finance role.Demonstrated experience processing accounts payable, payroll, and other transactional finance activities.Experience performing bank,
