We're Hiring: Sales, Events & Marketing ExecutiveQLI Fitness Equipment Australia is looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales, Events & Marketing Executive to join our team in Silverwater, Sydney.This is a hands-on role for someone with proven experience in the fitness industry who understands gym environments, fitness equipment, customer expectations and the commercial side of the industry.You'll play an important role in the day-to-day customer experience at our Sydney showroom while also helping us grow QLI's presence across events, partnerships, social media and the wider Australian fitness market.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the showroom and delivering a professional customer experienceBuilding robust relationships with gym owners, operators, trainers, partners and industry contactsCoordinating and representing QLI at trade shows, activations and fitness industry eventsIdentifying new event, partnership and brand awareness opportunitiesSupporting showroom visits, product demonstrations and customer follow-upCreating engaging social media content, including videos, equipment demonstrations and product featuresSupporting marketing campaigns and local brand initiativesDeveloping relationships across commercial gyms, PT studios, schools, universities, hotels,



apartments and sporting organisationsSupporting sales opportunities and earning additional commission from successful business generatedWorking closely with management to strengthen QLI's presence and reputation in the Australian marketWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience working in the fitness industryUnderstands gym equipment, training environments and fitness customersIs confident, professional and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-faceHas strong relationship-building and communication skillsIs creative and comfortable producing social media content and appearing on camera where requiredIs highly organised and capable of coordinating events and activationsIs commercially aware and comfortable identifying sales and partnership opportunitiesTakes ownership, brings forward ideas and follows opportunities throughCan professionally represent a commercial fitness equipment brandIs able to work full-time from our Silverwater showroomQLI Fitness Equipment operates across Australia, the USA and Vietnam, supported by our own manufacturing capability and a growing international footprint.For the right person, this is an opportunity to take on a highly visible role across customer relations, events, marketing, partnerships and sales while helping shape the next stage of QLI's growth in Australia.
