We celebrate diversity and actively work to reflect the communities we serve.About the RoleThis is a rewarding part time temporary opportunity until 30/06/2027 (60.8 hours per fortnight) based in Wodonga, where you will respond flexibly to families' needs for support by working individually with children and carers/ parents or collectively as a family unit to address key concerns.The key aspect of the position is to strengthen relationships and ensure the wellbeing and safety of children through the provision of counselling, therapeutic interventions, and education to families.This role is classified under the Community Health Centre Stand Alone Services Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement **** Level 4 ($***** - $***** + superannuation)Skills & ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:Qualifications in social work, welfare, counselling or mental health,



psychology or health and behavioural sciences or relevant equivalent studiesAt least 2 years' experience working with children and families.Demonstrated experience in assessing children's and families' needs and areas of risk, identifying goals and developing integrated collaborative treatment plans.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in theories of behaviour by utilising a range of therapeutic approaches and methodsWe genuinely invest in our people.
