Scheduling Coordinator – Full TimeLocation: Australia – Remote, NWContract: Full timeAbout the roleCountry Home Services is a not-for-profit that has delivered creative, accessible home care for over 35 years.What you'll doSchedule Home Care Workers according to client preference and worker availabilityCoordinate replacement workers for planned and unplanned leaveUpdate Care Worker availability and monitor unallocated shifts to ensure coverage as quickly as possibleAnalyse worker availability against client requirements to make the most efficient use of resourcesMonitor, manage and action notifications from Care Partners and Home Care WorkersProvide excellent customer service on our dedicated Scheduling Phone LineWhat you'll needAvailability to work shifts across the full 7:00am–6:00pm span, 5 days a week, including occasional weekend shiftsAbility to work on site at our Nuriootpa officeCertificate III in Individual Support (or relevant qualification)
