Accounts Payable OfficerBased in Melbourne, this position is part of Vorwerk Australia's Finance team.
The successful candidate will be a detail‐oriented finance qualified with 3‐5 years of Accounts Payable experience, confident managing supplier invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and month‐end activities, with a sound understanding of ANZ GST and tax requirements.About the roleProcessing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, managing invoice approvals and resolving invoice discrepancies, preparing and processing weekly payment runs, reconciling supplier statements and responding to vendor queries, processing employee expense claims and corporate credit card reconciliations, assisting with month‐end close activities, accruals, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, GST, and tax requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable.What's in it for you?
