About the role
Join us at PTC Bankstown as a Full-Time Customer Service, Sales & Device Technician!
Dive into an exciting retail environment where you'll:
Create visually stunning product displays

For this particular role, we would prefer (but not essential) if you have device repair experience.

This role would suit someone...
Eager to learn tech and device repairs
Has a genuine interest in sales and retail and delivering great customer experiences
Has leadership experience and a willingness to lead, support and motivate a team
Is flexible with availability , including at least one weekend day and public holidays when required
Is hands‐on, proactive and keen to learn and grow within the business
Has previous hands‐on experience with phone or device repairs is highly regarded
To be successful for this role, you will be
