This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen setting.
As a Pizza Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pizza dishes that delight our guests and enhance their overall dining experience.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and cook high-quality pizzas using traditional and contemporary techniquesMaintain consistency in portion sizes,



presentation and flavour profiles across all pizza offeringsOperate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of food preparationWork efficiently during service periods to meet customer orders and maintain kitchen workflowCollaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service deliveryContribute to menu development and suggest innovative pizza creations when appropriateMaintain a clean and organised workstation throughout serviceRespond positively to feedback and continuously improve culinary skills and techniquesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar culinary role within a hospitality or restaurant settingDemonstrable knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough preparation and flavour combinationsStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations and kitchen protocolsAbility to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periodsExcellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staffDesirable: experience with wood-fired ovens or Italian cuisineWhat we offerWe offer a casual position offering mostly weekend shifts 9-5 and also Mon & Tues 9-5 through Dec & Jan.
