Ark Allied Care is growing, and we are seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.
This is a part-time position with the potential to expand to full-time as our services and client base grow.Our practitioners deliver services directly within the community, visiting participants in their homes, schools, kindergartens and other community settings.
This is not a clinic-based role.

wellbeing support and genuine career progression.About the roleYou will independently manage a caseload of NDIS, private and Medicare clients, providing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support and/or psychological services to individuals with disability and complex support needs.

When you are not seeing clients, you can complete reports, documentation, planning and other administrative tasks from the comfort of your own home.Key responsibilitiesConducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing individualised Behaviour Support PlansApplying evidence-based, person-centred and trauma-informed interventionsConducting psychological assessments and delivering appropriate therapeutic and educational servicesCollaborating with participants, families, support networks and other professionalsPreparing high-quality clinical reports, treatment plans and documentationMaintaining compliance with NDIS requirements, skilled standards and safeguarding obligationsAbout youRelevant tertiary qualifications in PsychologyAHPRA registration as a Psychologist and current NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner registration, as applicableDemonstrated experience in creating Positive Behaviour Support, Functional Behaviour Assessments and Behaviour Support PlansExperience supporting people with disability, complex needs and behaviours of concernStrong assessment, report-writing, communication and independent caseload management skillsA current Victorian driver's licence, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceAbout usArk Allied Care is a Melbourne-based disability and allied health organisation committed to respect, dignity, inclusion, collaboration and excellence.
