We are currently seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Fabricator worker to join our Service / PreDelivery Department, where you'll play a key role in preparing and customising some of the best trucks on the market.About the RoleWorking in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabrication and fit-out work on new trucks prior to delivery.
This is an engaging, hands-on role that offers diverse work and the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with repair, manufacture or modify mechanical parts of trucks and trailers such as suspensions, chassis, and bracketsAssist withfabrication / welding tasks - such as fitting of weight gauges, bumper bars, wheel base modification works, and the likeEnsure all accessories requested on repair orders are fitted and completedIdentify and advise of any additional work requiredEnsure work completed is checked and good qualityProduce clear and concise report detailing all work carried out on repair orders including supplies used and recommendations in a prioritised orderMaintain a solid focus on safety, quality and workmanshipTo be successful in this role, you will have:Trade qualifications in Metal Fabrication, Welding,



Body Building or a related tradeTrade related experience in automotive industryWorkshop related experience preferredA commitment to delivering high-quality workmanshipStrong attention to detail and pride in your workAbility to work efficiently to meet deadlinesCurrent Driver's LicenceHR/HC Drivers Licence preferredWhat's on Offer?
