You will provide person-centered care and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.What we need from youCertificate III/IV in individual support/Certificate III/IV Aged Care or similar QualificationExperience in an Aged Care environmentExperience providing services and activities centred around our resident needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting and assisting with social activitiesHigh level of customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in electronic documentationUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and resposibilitiesAvailable to work accross 7 days both evening and morning shiftsDetails of Appointment:CasualSalary:Dependent on experience, as per award + superannuation (25% Casual Loading for casual appointments)Applications close Tuesday 3 November **** at *****pm
