and emergency protocolsWork collaboratively within a teamMaintain professional boundaries and commitment to participant dignity, safety, and choiceAbout youExperience or training in complex mental health support and psychosocial disabilityUnderstanding of complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and self-harmAbility to remain calm, skilled, and compassionate during distressing situationsEffective communication skills and professional boundariesReliability and consistencyWillingness to follow support plans, risk-management procedures, and emergency protocolsAvailability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday with minimum of three days preferred
