Work in a busy, high‐volume hospitality venueWhat You'll Be DoingLeading shifts and supporting the day‐to‐day operation of the venueOpening and closing the venue, including late‐night closesSupervising bar operations and leading the team from the floorDelivering outstanding customer service in a high‐volume environmentMaintaining compliance, safety and service standardsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Duty Manager or Bar Supervisor experienceStrong leadership skills and the ability to lead by exampleConfidence managing busy late‐night tradeExcellent communication and organisational skillsAvailability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekendsEssential RequirementsCurrent Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certificationAbility to obtain and hold a RMLVProven fast‐paced bar supervisory experienceFull Australian working rightsIf you're an energetic hospitality leader who thrives in a busy venue and enjoys leading a team, we'd love to hear from you!
