We're looking for a sharp, organised Casual Reservations Coordinator to join our central reservations team and help make every guest's experience start right, from the first call.THE ROLESitting within SRG Hospitality's central reservations team, you'll manage bookings and guest enquiries across our portfolio of waterfront and landmark Sydney venues, including Aqua Dining, Ripples Milsons Point, The Nielsen, Akti and Riva Rose Bay.You'll be the first voice many of our guests hear, and the reason the venue team knows exactly who's walking through the door and what will make their night.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage reservations, amendments and cancellations across phone, email and online channelsKeep guest profiles accurate and detailed: preferences, dietary requirements, occasionsCoordinate with venue managers so every service starts with a clean,
accurate booking sheetHandle guest enquiries with warmth and follow them through to resolutionSupport group and special-occasion bookings, passing larger enquiries to our Sales & Events teamWHAT YOU'LL BRINGPrevious hospitality experience (essential)Strong attention to detail .
