This is a contract position offering ongoing shift-based work, providing essential care and support to individuals within their own homes.
In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable people by delivering high-quality aged and disability support services.You will be working flexibly across various shifts to meet the diverse needs of our clients, contributing to their independence, dignity, and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssisting clients with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping dutiesSupporting clients with mobility and protected movement around their home environmentAccompanying clients to medical appointments and community outingsMonitoring and reporting changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or support needs to managementMaintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client interactionsBuilding positive, respectful relationships with clients and their familiesEnsuring client dignity, privacy, and rights are upheld at all timesAdhering to health and safety protocols, including infection control and manual handling proceduresWorking collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver coordinated supportRequirementsCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Demonstrated experience in aged care, disability support, or related community servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills,
