You thrive in a role where no two days are the same and love being part of a team that truly makes a difference.Here's what will help you shine in this role:At least one year of experience in disability/aged care , particularly within group home settings.Competency in manual handling , including hoist operation and repositioningPEG feeding and safe swallowing support.Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.Bowel Care , providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required.Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming .
A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
