Retail General Hand - Pick Packing and retail supportWe are seeking a reliable, organised and motivated Pick, Pack & Fulfilment Retail Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations and retail business.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely and dispatched promptly.
The successful candidate will also assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, goods receiving and general store operations as required.Key responsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately using the order management systemCheck products, quantities, expiry dates and product condition before packingPack orders securely and professionally to minimise damage during transitPrint shipping labels, invoices and other required dispatch documentationPrepare orders for collection by courier and postal services within required timeframesFollow procedures for urgent orders, returns, exchanges and order discrepanciesReceive incoming stock and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery docketsAssist with unpacking, sorting, labelling and shelving productsReplenish stock on retail shelves and maintain organised storage areasAssist with stock counts,
