There is an opportunity in the future to become a Kitchen Installer/Cabinetmaker.Key responsibilitiesCollect and load kitchen cabinetry, hardware, and benchtops for delivery and installationReceive and process incoming hardware, doors, panels, and related materialsMaintain a clean, protected, and well-organised environmentPack and prepare hardware, panels, and other essential items for kitchen installationsAssist with knocking up (basic assembly of) cabinetry as requiredAssist onsite with ripping out existing cabinetry and removal of rubbish when requiredAssist the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks and coordinationPrioritise daily workflow, including forklift (walking)
operations and inventory managementMaintain accurate and detailed inventory and operational records and provide regular updatesEnsure all workplace health and safety standards are upheldAbout youValid driver's licencePhysically fit and capable of manual handling and liftingStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and commitment to safetyWell presented, friendly, hardworking, courteous and honestAbility to work with hand and power tools would be an advantagePrevious experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not essentialAbout usAt Dream Doors Kitchens, we specialise in kitchen facelifts and brand-new kitchens.
