What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the site and assignment, your responsibilities may include:
Providing professional customer service to clients, customers and visitorsMonitoring access points and controlling entry to restricted areasConducting internal and external patrolsMonitoring CCTV and security systems where requiredMaintaining a visible security presence across banking and retail sitesIdentifying,



responding to and reporting security incidentsManaging challenging situations professionally and calmlyIdentifying hazards and reporting security risksPreparing accurate incident and security reportsFollowing site-specific procedures and supporting client requirements
What We're Looking For
Current QLD Security Licence – MandatoryCurrent First Aid – MandatoryAustralian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work RightsStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional presentation and a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekendsGood computer skills and ability to use security-related systemsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Highly Desirable:
Experience with CCTV and access control systemsPrevious experience in a security or customer-facing environment
