Our specialist gastroenterologists treat a wide range of conditions, including Crohn's Disease, Coeliac Disease, Bowel Cancer, Lactose and Fructose malabsorption syndromes, IBS, Iron deficiency, and diseases of the pancreas, liver, and upper and lower GI tract.We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and a keen willingness to learn.This is a full time (38 hours), permanent position, Monday to Friday, with hours between 7:00AM and 6:00 PM.
While primarily based at our Mornington center, flexibility to work at our Rosebud rooms is also required.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first and central point of communication for the businessProviding superior customer service to our patients, carers, and doctorsUsing medical software, including billing for doctorsDaily bankingGeneral office duties, including opening and distributing mail, typing, and scanningFull training will be provided.
