Associate's degree (AA) in a technical discipline and 1-2 years related experience, or equivalentcombination of education and experienceProficiency working in a computer-supported environment with business software and MicrosoftOfficeBasic math and measurement proficiencyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow;
