The Trophy Superstore is a growing Trophy and Awards business.
The business has recently expanded both within Brisbane and Interstate, and we are looking to add a dedicated Sales Assistant/Store Manager in our Underwood store.This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a high-quality in-store and remote experience for clients ordering trophies, awards, and custom products.
The role will also require ordering of stock and management of inventory.Key responsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in the showroom with a strong knowledge of our products and servicesUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable productsAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiriesManage and reply to emails in a timely and professional mannerManage inventory requirements and liaise with suppliersProvide quotes and basic product guidance (training provided)Maintain a clean, organised,
and presentable showroomMaintain the internal sales system ensuring that all orders are entered correctly and stock is ordered correctlyAbout youAbility to work under pressure.High attention to detail.Excellent organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, confident, and qualified manner.Ability to multitask across in-store customers, phone, and email.Comfortable proficiency with common computer programs and applications.Retail or customer service experience preferred (not essential).
