Each post supports one young person with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP): the first runs 9:00am to 12:00pm and the second 10:00am to 12:00pm.
You will prepare your own session plans and resources, built around the student's EHCP outcomes, and deliver them one-to-one each morning.
Both posts finish at midday, leaving afternoons free.About the SettingA small alternative provision supporting young people with additional needs who learn best with individual adult support outside a mainstream classroom.
Each student follows a personalised timetable shaped around their interests, EHCP targets and pace.What You'll Be DoingPlanning each morning session around your student's EHCP outcomesMaking and gathering resources that suit the student's interests and levelWorking 1:1 with one student for the full sessionAdjusting activities as the session goes,
