Reporting to the Manager - Asset Maintenance Services, this role provides administrative and data support to the Mechanical and Fleet Maintenance teams, with a strong focus on asset databases, maintenance records and condition monitoring.
Based in Cohuna, this is a parental leave cover role, however suitable candidates may be considered for other opportunities that arise within the business.Duties include:Provide administrative support for plant and equipment allocations, repairs, maintenance and replacementMaintain accurate asset and maintenance records across systems including MEX,



MTData, Mawcentral, Epicor and ARMReceive and record system faults and coordinate timely scheduling of repairs or resolutionPerform database health and data cleaning activities to support reliable reporting and analysisData entry, record keeping and preparation of reports as requiredProcess purchase orders and accounts receivablePrepare business correspondence and liaise with internal teams and external suppliersExperience or knowledge in asset management and/or condition monitoring of plant and equipment (desirable)Solid administration, data entry and record-keeping skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyConfidence working with multiple computer systems and databasesStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyA positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environmentTotal commitment to work safety, quality and complianceThis role provides a great opportunity to become part of a successful company known for its steadiness and strong commitment to safety, innovation, and quality.
