Friendly, reliable and experienced Xero Software Subcontractor/Casual Bookkeeper required Wednesdays onsite in Moonee Ponds at a fun, professional studio workplace.
The role is working for a bookkeeping company and would suit someone who may have other bookkeeping roles (or clients) and looking for extra work, or someone with young children who is getting back into the workforce and has worked in a bookkeeping capacity previously.
You would be required every Wednesdays approx 5.5-7hrs per week except over the Christmas break and would average at least 6 hrs per week over a 2 week period.Key responsibilitiesCompleting Fortnightly Payroll for 9 Full Time StaffEntering Accounts PayableReconciling End of Month Accounts Payable StatementsEntering minimal accounts receivable and sending out monthly statements to customersBank Reconciliations
