We're looking for a standout Bar Manager to lead our beverage offering in one of the city's most exciting openings for **** on James Street.Working closely with our Group Bars Manager, you'll develop an exciting, seasonal drinks program that builds on NOMAD's established beverage philosophy.
Showcasing small, up and coming Australian producers, as well as some of the country's most iconic and respected names.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who pairs a genuine passion for beverages with commercial thinking, enjoys developing people and takes pride in warm,
