You will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and the end-to-end accounts receivables process in the company.
This role is full time,



12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend.Duties include:Processing direct debit and credit card transactionsReceiptingRefundsConcession claimsAccount reconciliationsReconciling the company's billing and accounting softwareInvestigating and processing customer credit claimsAssisting with other adhoc reporting, analysis and reconciliation as required in the operations of the finance teamTo be successful in this role, you will need:Experience in a similar accounts officer or assistant accountant roleTo be meticulous and careful in your workTo be hardworking and reliableGood people skills, able to work in a team environment with a range of stakeholdersThe ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise and work autonomously in a busy environment
