Behind every tonne we process is data, and behind that data is you.As Commercial Services Lead, you'll protect Sycle's revenue from rate approval through to invoicing, credits and customer reporting, and own Wastedge as our operational system of record.
You'll lead the weighbridge and Wastedge team, keep our sites covered, and connect Finance, Commercial and Operations with the data they need to make positive decisions.What you'll doProtect revenue integrity by approving rate changes, reviewing invoicing, approving customer credits and overseeing weighbridge auditing across all sitesLead and develop the Wastedge and weighbridge team, including rosters, leave cover, training and cross-skillingOwn Wastedge end to end: data accuracy, system administration, and improvement projects that cut manual workPartner with Sales, Operations and Finance,



providing data for site cost tracking, EPA levy calculations and board reportingResolve customer queries and disputes quickly, and make sure environmental and recycling reports go out on timeWhat you'll bring5+ years in commercial, revenue, accounts receivable or business systems rolesExperience in waste management, logistics or a similar operational industryExperience owning or administering an ERP or operational system, ideally Wastedge or similarExperience leading a small team, including site-based staffA strong grip on invoicing, credits and revenue controlsAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsStrong stakeholder management and communicationA current Victorian Driver's LicenceWhy Sycle and SymalJoin a business making sustainability practical, with your work helping turn construction waste into something valuable.
