claims and contract administrationReview contract terms and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesSupport dispute avoidance and resolution strategiesAssist the Pre-Contracts and Bid Team during tender and procurement phasesPartner with operational teams on contract interpretation and commercial mattersAbout YouWe're interested in candidates who bring:Experience in a Contracts Advisor, Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator or similar roleConstruction, engineering or infrastructure project experienceStrong knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration principlesExperience with claims, variations and subcontract managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work across multiple projects and prioritiesWhy Join BMD?
