This is a practical, physical role working with tyre retreads, it's a dirty environment, so you'll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty and working around used tyres every day.What you'll be doing:You'll be trained across the full tyre retreading process, including:Inspecting tyres inside and out to assess conditionUsing electrical and laser-based technology to identify internal faultsBuffing and shaping tyre casingsCompleting repairs and preparing casings for new treadApplying new tread using automated machineryCuring, finishing, and completing final quality checksImportant to know:This is a hands-on, Manual Handling role in an industrial environment — not a clean warehouseYou'll be working with used tyre casings and rubber dustFull training is provided,
